To use the rotisserie, proceed as follows:
1. Insert the spit frame into the second
guide from the bottom, as shown in
the figure.
2. Insert the first fork into the spit,
skewer the food to be cooked and
secure it by inserting the second
fork; fix the two forks by tightening
the screws.
3. Insert the tip of the spit into the hole
of the rotisserie motor, which is
clearly visible in the middle of the
back wall of the oven.
4. Place the front part of the spit onto
the spit frame.
5. Unscrew the grip.
6. Turn the selector knob to the
symbol.
It is advisable to insert the drip-tray
into the first guide from the bottom,
after pouring about two cups of
water in it.
The forks and spit are pointed
and sharp. Use with caution to
avoid cutting yourself.
