Programmable HighContrast LCD
Display
This high contrast LCD display will
show the current temperature while
the kettle is in operation. It also
displays all the options that are
available for you to select when
various buttons are pressed.

Variable temperature controls
There are 8 different temperature
settings for you to choose from. Press
the PRESET button to select the required
temperature (50 - 100 °C). The selected
temperature and corresponding
recommended beverage (COFFEE,
WHITE TEA, OOLONG TEA, GREEN
TEA) will appear on the LCD Display.
Refer to “Recommended Temperature
Chart” to obtain preset temperatures
for different beverages. Press the
START/CANCEL button to start
boiling water at the desired preset
temperature.
Note: One short beep will sound
when a button is pressed.
Keep warm
Water can be kept warm for 40
minutes at the desired temperature
without re-boiling it. To keep water
warm at selected temperature, press
PRESET to the desired temperature,
press the KEEP WARM button and
follow by START/CANCEL button.
Once the water has reached the
preset temperature the appliance will
enter the keep warm mode.
To cancel the KEEP WARM function,
press the KEEP WARM button again
once.
CAUTION: Keep enough water on
the minimum water level (0.5L).
Note: If the Preset temperature is set
to 100 °C, the keep warm function
will be unavailable.
