USING THE INTEGRATED GRIDDLE

Surface Cooking

1. Remove griddle cover.

2. Set temperature using the grilddle control knob and cook food directly on the flat surface of
the griddle.

3. Replace the cover after griddle has cooled.

1. Allow the griddle to cool. Remove grease tray and dispose of grease .

2. Clean the empty tray with detergent and water using paper towels, dish cloth or sponge.
