Operating Instructions

Oven Child Safety Feature

The oven is fitted with a child safety feature. As soon as the child safety
feature is enabled, the oven cannot be switched on. Only the interval
countdown can be used.

It is only possible to enable the child safety feature when all oven func-
tions are deselected.

Enabling the Child Safety Feature

1.

Switch on the appliance using the mains button.

2.

Press the

R

and

-

buttons simultaneously for approx. 2 seconds.

An acoustic signal confirms the operation. "SAFE" is displayed in the
temperature/time display for a few seconds. The display then switches
back to displaying the time.

3.

Every time it is attempted to switch on the oven, “SAFE” is displayed in
the temperature/time display alternately with the time.

Disabling the Child Safety Feature

It is only possible to disable the child safety feature when no oven
functions are selected. I.e. the time must be shown in the temperature/
time display.

If necessary switch the appliance off and on again using the mains but-
ton.

2.

Press the

R

and

-

buttons simultaneously for approx. 2 seconds.

An acoustic signal sounds to confirm the operation. The time is again
displayed in the temperature/time display. The oven can now be used
again.
