F.2 Basic requirements for appliance use
• Knowledge of the technology and specific experience in
operating the appliance.
• Adequate general basic education and technical knowledge
for reading and understanding the contents of the manual,
including correct interpretation of the drawings, signs and
pictograms.
• Sufficient technical knowledge for safely performing his
duties as specified in the manual.
• Knowledge of the regulations on work hygiene and safety.
G PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
G.1 Appliance description
This appliance guarantees the preservation in sterile con-
ditions of hot and packaged dishes for a period of 3 hours
starting from cooking.
The storage cell, with door/s closed, is sterilized by a flow of
UV-C rays generated by the LED strip positioned in the center
of the cell ceiling.
The handles are treated with a photocatalytic coating with an
antibacterial action.
