TROUBLESHOOTING
Below are possible issues that you may encounter when using the device. If the issue you are
having is not on the list you may visit our FAQ sectio or
you can contact us through our website,You may also give us a call at our Customer Support number 1-877-686-7495.
1.
My camera is not recording a video and not responding at all.
Make sure that the camera is charged and a formatted micro SD card is inserted before
using the camera. If the device has been charged and a supported micro SD card has
been inserted and the device still does not respond, just take the battery out of the
device. Leave the battery out for at least 5 minutes then put the battery back to the
device and the device should work as normal.

How to set the time for photo shooting?
To set the timer for the photo shooting, please follow the steps below:
1.
Make sure that you are in either video recording mode or photo shooting mode then
press the Menu button twice.
2.
Press Up/Down button to scroll through the menu and look for Photo Shooting.
3.
Press OK to open Photo Shooting interface.
4.
Press Up/Down button and look for Timer and press OK.
5.
Select your timer settings (2s, 5s and 10s) and click OK to save the changes made.
6.
Press Menu button again to go the normal screen.

Can I access the system settings while I’m replaying a video on the device?
The system settings are not accessible when you are replaying a video or recording a
video. At this state, the Menu button is not functional. You can only access system
settings when you are in these following operation modes:

Video Recording Mode
•
Photo Shooting Mode
•
Preview
4.
How deep can the HandiCamHD go to and still function as normal?
The HandiCamHD with its waterproof case is water resistant and has been tested to
work normally up to 20 meters deep.

Is the HandiCamHD motion detect capable?
Yes, the HandiCamHD has motion detection and you have the option to activate this
feature for a motion detect video recording and photo shooting or deactivate it for
manual recording and photo shooting.
