dealer service company must check the conditions of the anode. Where necessary it should be
replaced with new one. Compliance with the inspection deadline and timely replacement of the
anode is important for the effective protection of the tank from corrosion.
Water tanks of high quality chrome-nickel alloy steel. Corrosion protection and guaranteed long
life are secured by correct choice of steel, adequate design and engineering construction during
tank manufacture process.
In order to secure reliable operation of the water tank in areas with highly calcareous water it is
recommended to clean once yearly the accumulated within limestone. The depositions on the
enamel coating should not be removed otherwise than wiped with dry cotton cloth and without
using hard tools. This service is not subject to warranty coverage and must be performed by
qualified person.
During the operation of the water heater it is necessary to carry out from time to time minimum,
but very important preventive maintenance activities. These are described in detail in pts. 8, 9
and 11 of section IMPORTANT RULES below.
IMPORTANT RULES
1. The heat pump water heater is intended for domestic use only in households and serves to
heat water from the common water supply system with content and parameters within the scope
defined in corresponding standards and legislation on the quality of water, namely with chlorides
content below 250 mg/l, while its conductivity must be over 100
μ
S/cm and below 2000

S/cm
for water heaters with enameled tank and under 600
μ
S/cm for water heaters with water tank of
high quality chrome-nickel steel.
2. The heat pump water heater has to be installed and operated only in places with normal fire
safety and in conditions corresponding to its water protection. Otherwise it shall cause damage
to the appliance, which shall not be covered by manufacturer or seller warranty conditions
because being violation of the present instruction for installation and operation.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety! Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance!
4. When connecting the water heater to the electric power installation it is MANDATORY to
connect in correct way the neutral and protective cable wires to the premise network! Failure to
comply with this requirement shall impair the device safety and it is forbidden to use it in such
way.
5. The water heater connection to the water supply and power supply networks, the connection
of refrigerant pipes and the functionality tests must be carried out only by qualified person.
6. The water heater connections and functionality tests are not warranty liabilities of
manufacturer or seller and are not subject to warranty service.
7. Qualified workers in the meaning of present instructions booklet concerning water supply and
power supply networks, concerning the refrigerant pipes between the two unit bodies, their
functionality tests and maintenance of anti-corrosion protection are the persons employed by
the service offices included in the annexed list, who have passed training and are in possession
of a certificate from manufacturer, as well as representatives of companies with similar
business.

In case of any risk of temperatures dropping below 0°

thermo siphon system is installed and it shall not be connected to regular power supply, it is
