12. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
This guarantee has been manufactured with strict
precision an d has been subjected to a large
number of controls before it left the factory.
The GUARANTEE is for 2 years, counted as of
the date of purchase, which will be indicated by the
establishment where the apparatus is purchased
in the place provided for this purpose, together
with its stamp.
The GUARANTEE covers all nanufacturind
defects which will be repaired free of charge.
Nevertheless, all those malfunctions which are the
result of the incorrect use of the apparatus, such
as incorrect connections, breakage due to the
apparatus being dropped or similar, normal wear
and tear and in general, any deficiency not attribu-
table to manufacture.
Likewise, the GUARANTEE will became invalid
should be abserved that the apparatus has been
handled by persons other than our Technical
Service personnel.
This GUARANTEE does not support any commit-
ment made by any person other than our Technical
Service personnel.

In the case of any malfunction during the peiod of
GUARANTEE, enclose the guarantee certificate
with the apparatus and deliver it to the nearest
Technical Service or get in contact with the factory.
Any other claims against the supplier beyond
those expressed above are excluded, especially
regarding indemnification for damages. This is
equallu applicable to damages arising during
consultation, trainingand demostration.
The provision of services during the Guarantee
period will not cause this period to be extended as
a consequence.
No gurantee claims shall be acepted for equipa-
ment for which SAGOLA has noduly completed
guarantee certificate coupon in its files.
Technical modifications may be made without
notice.
Any other use may cause damage to the machine
and/or create dangerous situations for which the
manufacturer can’t be held responsible.
In particular:
The use of solvents containing chlorides or fluori-
des of carbon and substances with a base of
allogeneic hydrocarbons is expressly prohibited.
In addition, the machine must not be used for was-
hing or greasing of objects designed to come into
contact with foodstuffs.
National laws regarding the use and disposal of
products used for cleaning and washing parts
must be observed, as well as the elimination of the
machine itself.
11.7. GENERAL SAFETY AND ACCIDENT
PREVENTION
This machine must have as its primary objective
for the sole purpose for which it was expressly
designed. The manufacturer can’t be held respon-
sible for any damage to people, animals and
objects caused by improper, erroneous or unrea-
sonable use of the machine.
Disconnect the air supply to the machine before
performing any cleaning or maintenance.
In case of failure and/or malfunction of the machi-
ne, turn off, not directly intervene; consult a service
center authorized by the manufacturer and use
only original spare parts.
The user is obliged to check the right environmen-
tal conditions (For example, low temperatures or
high) where the machine is located, which may
affect performance and/or severely damaged.
The use of equipment with an open flame or
welders or manipulate incandescent materials
near the Aquaplastic Plus is expressly prohibited

Aquaplastic Plus washing machine.
11.8. ECOLOGY
The Aquaplastic Plus shouldn’t be used for clea-
ning or degreasing objects destined to be in
contact with food.
Should be respected the laws concerning the use
of products used in cleaning and washing parts
and the equipment Aquaplastic Plus.
