
OPERATING THE CONVECTION OVEN
1. For initial use, wipe the glass bowl with as soft, damp cloth. Place the lid on top of
the glass bowl then heat the convection oven for 10 minutes without any food inside.
2. Some parts of the convection oven have been slightly greased and as a result, the
oven might slightly emit smoke when connected for the first time. However, it will
cease after you have used the oven for some time.
3. Place the low rack or the high rack inside the glass bowl of the convection oven.
4. Put the food on top of the low or high rack, allow at least 1 inch of space between
the food and the glass bowl.
5. Close the glass bowl with the lid of the convection oven. Allow at least 1 inch of
space between the food and the lid.
6. Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
7. Make sure to press the power button to start the cooking process. For safe cooking,
the oven is specially designed not to operate or stop operating when the handle is
lift up.
8. Set the temperature from 125
℃
to 250
℃
by turning the temperature knob in clockwise,
then the green lamp will lights up.
9. Set cooking time from 6 to 60 minutes or as per required cooking time of the food
by turning the timer knob clockwise, then the red lamp will lights up. At this stage,
the convection oven is operating.
10.Use low or high rack when cooking 2 different foods at the same time. Put the food
that takes longer time to cook on the low rack.
11.The convection oven will automatically turn off after the setting time has elapsed.
The green lamp can be turned off before the due time. This shows that the oven has
achieved the set temperature. When the oven’s temperature becomes lower than
what have set, the oven will automatically turn the heater on and the green lamp will
also turn on to indicate heating process.
NOTE:
1. When the convection oven is working, the handle which is linked to the steel bar will
be expanded by heat and become loose. This is normal and it will be restored when
the temperature goes down to normal.
2. Do not place the lid of the oven directly on the desk after cooking has finished,
otherwise the desk will get burned. Place the lid on a dish, bowl or heat-resistant
base.
3. The lid of the oven cannot be washed or immersed in the water. Clean the lid with
a piece of clean soft cloth in case it gets stained.
4. The glass bowl and accessories can be washed only after it is completely cool down.

COOKING SETTINGS
Broiling/Roasting
Place food directly on the wire rack. Cooking time may vary according to the size of the
food that you are roasting.
Baking
Place food to be baked in a metal or tempered glass pan not more than 12 inches in
diameter to leave enough space for proper hot air circulation.
Steaming
When steaming vegetables, place food in aluminum foil pouch, add few drops of water
then seal pouch.
Frying
Dip food to be fried in oil then place on the wire rack.
Toasting
When toasting bread or chips, place foods directly on the wire rack.
Defrosting
Place food to be defrosted on the wire rack then set control of the convection oven to
50
°
C. To cook frozen foods, set the temperature to 100
°
C and check the food for every
2-10 minutes until the food is cooked.
COOKING TIPS
1. To ensure an even flow of air around the food, distribute the food evenly in the
convection oven.
2. The first time trying a recipe, check the cooking process through the glass bowl.
