CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the convection oven and wait until it completely cool down before cleaning.

2. For thaw wash (self cleaning), pour water and add a few of liquids soap into the 

   glass bow. Set the temperature at the “thaw wash” setting and the timer from 5 to 10 

   minutes. Press the power button to start the washing. After that, discard the water and 

   rinse glass bowl thoroughly. 

3. For manual cleaning, wash the bowl and the base with warm soupy water.

4. Wipe the external parts of the oven using a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent.

5. Wipe dry the convection oven using a soft, dry cloth.

6. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasive objects (e.g. scrubbing pads or metal 

    brushes) for cleaning.

7. Store this oven in a cool dry place after cleaning.

8. Insert the parts and accessories of the convection oven to their proper places before 

    operating again.
