TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction Causes Solution
Set not operating The plug is switched off or
not connected to the power
source.
The power is on but the ON
key on the control panel is
not pressed. Plug the power cord and
make sure it is well
connected and switched on.
Press the ON key on the
control panel to turn on the
set.
Poor Cooling or Low
Efficiency
The rear ventilation grille is
blocked.
Remove any objects from
contacting the rear
ventilation grille.
No Mist emitted after
pressing Mist button
Low Mist emitted during
operation
The water tank has
insufficient water. Check the water level of the
water tank and add
adequate water.
