The above chart is a recommended cleaning schedule only. Cleaning frequency
depends on the environment in which the fixture operates (I.E. smoke, fog residue,
dust, dew). In clubs that observe heavier use, we recommend cleaning on a more
frequent basis. Periodic cleaning will ensure fixture longevity and crisp lamp output.
Attention:
1. N ev er allow optic al parts to c om e in c ontac t with oil, dirt, or grim e.
2. A llow all parts to dry c om pletely before attem pt operation.
3. N ev er c lean the as pheric lens with water or other c leaners . The lens
s hould be c hanged at the firs t s ign of ware, us ually in about 1 – 2 y ears
(lens will begin to look c loudy ). For lens replac em ent pleas e c ontac t

Cleaning the Optical System (recommended for qualified service technicians
only)
Always disconnect main power before attempting any service related issues!
Allow ample time for the lamp to cool (at least 20 minutes) before performing any
cleaning procedures.
Open and remove the upper half of the projector by loosening the 4 retaining
Phillips screws. Two located on the front and 2 located on the rear of the head.
Follow the chart above to complete the service procedures.
Replace the shell and tighten the 4 retaining screws.
Be sure the cover has been replaced and all the parts have completely dried before
attempting operation.
