3.1 General rule
3.1.1
The operator must have a forklift operation certificate or qualification
which proved by the relevant departments of the training before driving a
forklift.
3.1.2
The operator must read the instructions before use and understand the use
and operations of this forklift.
3.1.3
Forklift must never to be used to carry passengers.
