No picture
Problem Possible cause and remedy
1. No picture
• Powerindicatordoesnotlight.
• Checkwhetherthepowercordisconnectedproperly.
• Turnoffthemainpower,andthenturnitonagaina
fewminuteslater.
• Turnthemainpowerswitchon.
• Press .
• Powerindicatorislightinggreen. • Increase<Brightness>,<Contrast>,and/or<Gain>
intheAdjustmentmenu(see “Toperformadvanced
adjustments”(page12) ).
• Powerindicatorislightingorange. • Switchtheinputsignal(see “Toswitchamonginput
signals<Input>”(page32) ).
• Operatethemouseorkeyboard.
• CheckwhetherthePCisturnedon.
• WhenthePresenceSensorissetatavaluefrom
“Level-1”to“Level-4”,themonitormayhaveshiftedto
thepowersavingmode.Comeneartothemonitor.
• Powerindicatorflashesorangeandgreen. • ThereisaprobleminthedevicethatusesDisplayPort
connection.Solvetheproblem,turnoffthemonitor,
andthenturnitonagain.Refertotheuser’smanual
ofthedevicethatusesDisplayPortconnectionfor
details.
