Problem Solution
Pens are not charging. • Check to make sure pens are seated
properly in the pen charger. The pen
charger will beep when the pen is inserted
correctly. The indicator light will be green
while charging, and remain green while
after they have fully charged.
• Check to make sure the pen charger is
plugged into the DualBoard controller, and
that the DualBoard is plugged into a power
source.
Pen loses its charge. • Pens go into “Sleep” mode after two
minutes of inactivity. Click the rocker
button or pen tip to reactivate.
• Try recharging pen.
DualBoard is not
communicating. • Open Device Manager and try
reconnecting the board.
• Check the RFCOM connection (wireless)
from Device Manager.
• Check the physical cable connection
(wired) and confirm that DualBoard power
is turned on.
My annotations are not
in the correct spot. • Recalibrate the board. Anytime the
projector or board is moved, you need to
recalibrate the board.
