5. Before starting the equipment
Please read the following information before you
start using the cordless impact driver for the
fi
rst
time.
1. Charge the battery pack with the charger
(battery and charger not included).
2. Only use screwdriver bits that are suitable for
the task and in perfect condition.
3. Before screwing into in walls and masonry,
check for concealed electric wiring, gas pipes
and water pipes.
6. Operation
6.1 Charging the Lithium-Ion battery

charger.
6.2 Changeover switch (Fig. 2 / item 4)
The sliding switch above the On/O
ff
switch
is for setting the direction of rotation of the
cordless impact wrench and for preventing the
cordless impact wrench from being switched on
inadvertently. You can select between clockwise
and counter-clockwise rotation. To avoid causing
damage to the gearing, the direction of rotation
must only be changed when the equipment is at
a standstill. When the slide switch is in the middle
position, the On/O
ff
switch is blocked.

In

nitely variable speed control is possible with
the On/O
ff
switch. The further you push the
switch, the higher the speed of the cordless
impact wrench.

6.4 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 3 / item 2)
Press the battery capacity indicator switch (3).
The battery capacity indicator (2) shows the
charge status of the battery using 3 LEDs.
