The quoted values are emission values and not
necessarily reliable workplace values. Although there
is a correlation between emission and immission
levels it is impossible to draw any certain conclusions
as to the need for additional precautions. Factors
with a potential influence on the actual immission
level at the workplace include the duration of impact,
the type of room, and other sources of noise etc.,
e.g. the number of machines and other neighboring
operations. Reliable workplace values may also vary
from country to country. With this information the
user should at least be able to make a better
assessment of the dangers and risks involved.

6. Before putting the machine into
operation
Unpack the vacuum extraction system and
check it for damage which may have occurred in
transit.
The machine has to be set up where it can stand
securely. All covers and safety devices have to
be properly fitted before the machine is switched
on.
Before you actuate the On/Off switch, make sure
that the debris bags are securely fastened!
Check that the voltage on the rating plate is the
same as your supply voltage before you connect
the machine to the power supply.
7. Assembly (Fig. 1/3/4/5)
Important! Pull out the power plug before
carrying out any maintenance, resetting or
assembly work on the vacuum extraction
system!
Screw the side panels (2) together with the
chassis frame and the plastic housing (1) in such
a way that the opening for the debris bags is
above the base plate (15).
Insert the holding device (11) for the dust bag
into the intended location hole (16) on the
upperside of the plastic housing (1). Do this is
such a way that the hook is located above the
opening.
Securely fasten the lower debris bag (7) to the
underside of the opening by means of the quick
clamp device (9)
Securely fasten the upper debris bag (8) to the
upperside of the opening by means of the quick
clamp device (10) and hang it on the hook of the
holding device (11).
Connect the extractor hose (6) to the adapter
(14) and attach it to the socket on the vacuum
extraction system.
8. Operation
8.1 Switching on (Fig. 2)
Check whether the extractor hose (6) is tightly
connected to the vacuum extraction system and
to the extractor adaptor of the wood processing
machine.
Check whether the debris bags (7/8) are
securely fastened.
Switch on the vacuum extraction system by
pressing the green button “I”.
