Remedying malfunctions

In case of interruptions and malfunctions, the status LED will flash or light up (see S
ECTION
5.2) and a message appears in the EFOY app and in the operating panel of the EFOY fuel cell.
There you will find instructions on how you can remedy the interruption/malfunction. You
can also obtai
n information about the displayed error codes via SFC’s service tool:

The status LED is off. The power cable is
disconnected or improperly
connected.
 Check the contacts,
polarity and cable.
The battery is improperly
connected to the EFOY fuel
cell, defective or fully
discharged.

Check the contacts,
polarity and cable.

Connect a charged
battery.
The status LED
flashes white and
only one fuel
cartridge is shown in
the EFOY app and/or
on the operating
panel. The communication cable is
disconnected
 Ensure that the
communication
cable is connected
Should errors occur repeatedly, contact the EFOY hotline.
