.    Adjust the

  to  the  desired  position  then  secure  it  in  place  by  reinserting  and  tightening  the 

Adjustment Knob (No. 7)

Attach the 

Handlebar (No. 3)

 to the 

Handlebar Post (No. 4)

 using 2 

Screws (No. 1)

 and 2 

Washers (No. 2)

, tighten and secure with 

Allen Wrench (No. 75)
