IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important:
People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way,
due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge,
must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Acquaint yourself with the instruction manual before taking your appliance into operation.
If you hand over the appliance to another user, please make sure to hand over the
instruction manual as well.
Intended use:
This appliance is intended to boil water in private households. It is not
intended for commercial use. Only use the appliance in the way indicated in these
instructions and respect all safety instructions.

Inform your children about the dangers that are related to electrical appliances:
- Danger because of electric current.
- Danger because of hot components and hot steam that escapes when the appliance is
in use.
Choose the standing place of your appliance in such a way that children and people
who are not able to use electrical appliances in a safe way, do not have access to the
appliance.
Use and store the appliance exclusively out of the reach of children. The power cord has
to be out of reach of children as well, as they could use it to pull down the appliance.
For safety reasons do not leave any packaging material (plastic bag, cardboard,
polystyrene, etc.) accessible for children. They should never play with the plastic bag, as
there is danger of suffocation!
Caution: Risk of electric shock!
Power cord and plug must never come in contact with
water or other liquids.
