TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
The device does not switch
on or the key does not
respond.
●
Check that the unit is properly connected.
●
Check that the back panel is securely in place.
●
Check that the unit is installed on a flat surface.
●
Check that the device cover is closed
completely and all the parts inside the device
are fixed and not lose
The air is polluted but the
indicator remains green.
●
Make sure that the unit is placed in a place with
good air circulation.
The smell from the air outlet is
unpleasant.
●
Replace the filters if necessary.
The sterilizer works but seems
to have no effect on air
quality.
●
Check that the filter packaging is removed.
●
Check that the filters are installed in the correct
positions and are fixed in their position
●
Check that the lamps are working (green LED
signal on bottom front side window).
The red light in the front side
window of the device is
switched on permanently.
●
Unplug the unit immediately and replace the
lamps.
Even after replacing the
lamps, the red light in the
front side window is still red.
●
Unplug the unit immediately and contact
customer service.
