2.2.2. Make
Database
After logon the file system, the first window screen is as follows;

Database Name : Enter the name of Database, this name will be used as the system’s
Database name.

Max Camera : User can specify the maximum number of cameras that will be used for this DVR
system. The file system will generate the Database based on this number of cameras.

Basket Size : Select the size of a basket, a basket is the unit to handle the image data. The
default basket size is 64MB.

Select the hard disk drive: If User wants to use all hard drives that the system has, click the
hard drive one by one. Double click on the selected hard drive to setup the space that will be
used by the database.
