Remove the two screws that hold the
side cover of the printer in place
with a screwdriver.

Remove the side cover.
Caution
•
Do not touch any part of the main circuit inside the printer.

Being careful not to touch the con-
nection points along the edge of the
expansion memory, insert the board
into the socket on the main circuit.
Apply pressure until the expansion
memory locks into place.
Tip
•
To remove the expansion memory fro
the main circuit, press the taps on each
side of the socket to release the expan-
sion memory.
