ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
Before the first use
Remove the stickers and clean the body of the toaster with a soft cloth.
Before using the appliance for the first time, we recommend that you operate the
toaster to run a few roasting cycles without slices of bread at maximum intensity in
a room with adequate ventilation. In this way, residues that may have accumulated
in the heating component will be burned, and will prevent an unpleasant odor from
giving off when you toast bread.
HOW TO USE THE TOASTER
Toasting bread
1. Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface, away from curtains and other
flammable materials. Plug the plug into the outlet.
2. Place the bread slices in the slots of the toaster.
3. Adjust the roasting intensity regulator to the desired level:
1 = minimum level of roasting intensity
7 = maximum level of roasting intensity
Tips: Generally, the minimum roasting intensity levels, 1 and 2, are used to lightly
toast the bread; the middle levels, 3 and 4, are for obtaining bread with golden
tones, while the highest levels, 5-7, are for obtaining very golden toast.
4. Press down on the toasting lever to turn on the toaster; the appliance will start
working automatically. The On / Off indicator light will come on.
Note: The toasting lever will be kept lowered only if the toaster is properly connec-
ted to the mains.
5. When the toasting process is complete, the bread slices will skip and the toaster
will automatically turn off.
6. The toaster turns off automatically. You can stop the toasting process and jump
the bread by pressing the STOP button.
7. To remove small pieces, lightly press the roasting lever up.
8. If bread is stuck in the toaster, unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow it
to cool completely. Then carefully remove the bread from the toaster. Do not use
knives or other sharp tools to remove the bread. Do not touch the internal metal
components of the toaster.
Reheat toast
If your toast has cooled, you can use the "reheat" feature.
- Put one or two slices of toast in the toaster.
- Press down on the roasting lever to turn on the appliance and then press the
"reheat" button; The On / Off indicator and the “overheat” indicator will light. The
toaster will start automatically.
- Once the toasting process is finished, the bread slices will jump and the toaster
will automatically turn off.
