4.1.2.4 Apply Mode

APPLY Delegate microphone open management
Apply mode: Press delegate microphone key to apply opening its microphone, then the button 3
of chairman unit would flash and screen would show “delegate apply opening its microphone”. Press
button 3 to “Agree” opening the delegate’s microphone. The max delegate number of applying
quantity is N, If over N, it would show “the applying microphones cannot be added”. Press the
delegate microphone key again to exit the applying state.
Automatically cancel mode: Delegate unit enter applying status of opening microphone, if the
chairman unit doesn’t allow it to open the microphone within 15S, the delegate would cancel the
application automatically and exit the applying status.

APPLY Chairman microphone open management
Preemption: Chairman unit will squeeze out the delegate units when opened microphone
quantity reaches N (close the first opened delegate microphone and open its own microphone).
Opened microphone quantity cannot be added hint: chairman units have no applying mode,
when the total quantity reaches N and all of them are chairman units, it would show “Opened
microphones cannot be added”, if users open a new chairman unit.
Priority: press priority key on the chairman unit to open the chairman unit priority function,
namely close the applying status of all the opened delegate units and open the microphone of
chairman unit if it is not opened. (If the microphone opened quantity cannot be added and all are
chairman units, then the microphone cannot be opened).
4.1.3 ID Setting
Click ID Setting in the main menu to enter into ID setting interface. If the first ID number needs
to be changed, select the first ID box and change the first ID number by the number keypad ( from 1
– 4096). When the first ID number is greater than 300, then the first ID number of WIFI units starts
from 1, because the capacity of this system to hold WIFI units is max 300. Click “Ok” to save the
changed number. Click “Start” to start ID setting. The operator can set the ID manually by press the
“Power On” button (the microphones will display their IDs and the currently available IDs). After
the operation, if the indicator turns red, then the operation is success (the current ID is set to be the
ID of this unit). Click “End” to close the ID setting interface.
