namely close all the microphone of the opened delegate units and open the microphone of chairman
unit If it is not opened. (If the microphone opened quantity cannot be added and all are chairman
units, then the microphone cannot be opened)
4.1.2.2 Normal Mode

NORMAL Delegate microphone open management
Waiting mode: delegate microphone would enter waiting status if the opened microphone
quantity reaches N, the Max waiting quantity is N. Press microphone key to exit the waiting state.
When some delegate closed microphone, the first waiting unit would opened automatically.

NORMAL Chairman microphone open management
Preemption: Chairman unit will squeeze out the delegate units when opened microphone
quantity reaches N (close the first opened delegate microphone and open its own microphone).

Voice control mode: Chairman microphone can automatic detect the current voice and open its
microphone if users speak to the chairman unit.
