3-5-1 ‘Basic’ Settings

You can configure basic wireless network settings from this menu.

The description of every setting item will be described below:

Item

Description

Wireless Function

Select ‘Enable’ from dropdown menu to enable wireless

network function; select ‘Disable’ to disable wireless

network function (wireless radio off).

Mode

Select wireless mode. Only AP (Access Point) mode is

supported currently.

Band

Select the wireless band. Available options are:

2.4GHz (B) - supports 802.11b wireless clients only.

2.4GHz (N) - supports 802.11 Draft-n wireless clients

only.

2.4GHz (B+G) - supports 802.11b and 802.11 Draft-n

wireless clients.

2.4GHz (G) - supports 802.11g wireless clients only.
