You can scroll the Technical Menu items with the 

 

and 

 buttons until you reach “PELLET TYPE”

You can enter the Pellet Type (%) setting with the 

 button and modify the value 

using the 

 and 

 buttons.

Use the 

 button to exit and return to the Technical Menu.

Pressing the 

 button automatically takes you to the first level.
