Battery Installation (Turning on the Recorder)
After you installed the battery, hold the recorder’s control button
pressed during 1-2 seconds. If the LED flashes three times, the re
-
corder starts self testing that takes 5-10 seconds. (If the LED doesn’t
flash three times, the battery is uncharged or damaged.) Then the
recorder flashes the forth time and is ready for recording. Duration of
the last flash can be some dozens of seconds and depends on the
recorder’s memory capacity.
To estimate recording time of the recorder in different modes, use the
table (for alkaline battery).
Attention!
Install a battery the same way as it is shown in Figure 2
(its positive terminal to the front side of the recorder); or the recorder
could be damaged.
