Listen to your body when exercising. Remember to
warm up, and don’t push yourself too hard,
particularly at the start of any exercise regime.
Remember that it takes time to get in shape, and
requires continuous exercise.
Avoid exercising immediately before or after
eating.
Always wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Keep your hands and feet clear of moving parts
where they could become trapped.
Always position the bike on a firm, level surface.
Do not allow children to use or play with it.
Remember to check your bike regularly.
Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts on the bike at
regular intervals.
Inspect the bike at regular intervals and replace
any worn parts.
Do not use the bike if it is defective.
When moving the bike, employ the correct lifting
technique. We recommend getting someone else
to help.
