READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE HEATER

1)  This heater grill is hot when in use. To avoid bums, do not let bare skin 

touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, 

bedding, paper, clothing and curtains at least 3 ft. from the front, sides and 

rear of the heater.

2)  Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children 

and whenever the heater is left running and unattended.

3)  Unplug the heater when it’s not in use.
4)  Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, after the heater 

malfunctions or has been dropped and/or damaged in any manner. 

Contact our service center to arrange for repair.

5)  Do not use the heater outdoors or on construction sites.
6)  The heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, areas with 

standing water,  in showers or swimming pools. Never place the heater 

where it may fall into a bathtub or any other type of water.

7)  Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw 

rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Place the cord away from traffic areas 

where it will not be tripped over.

8)  To disconnect the heater, turn the controls to “off”, then remove the plug 

from the outlet.

9)  Do not plug the heater into power strips, surge protectors, multiple outlet 

adapter, grounding adapters or outlet-type air fresheners.

10) Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust 

opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire or damage the heater.

11) To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or the exhaust in any 

manner. Do not use on soft surfaces such as beds, where openings may 

become blocked.

12)  Do not block the front or rear of the heater.

13)  Do not place anything directly in front of the heater.
14)  When cleaning the filter make sure to air dry the filter.
15)  A heater has hot, arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where 

gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.

16)  Do not plug the heater into a loose fitting or broken receptacle.
17)  The heater must be located immediately in front of a wall outlet.
18) Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle.  Never use 

with an extension cord or power strip.

19) Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not 

recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury 

to persons, and may void the warranty.

WARNING: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
