In order to avoid the the furniture heating up, it is important to encourage air circulation inside
the machine compartment. To this end, holes should be made in the back of furniture
measuring at least 40 cm
2
for 400 modules.
If the compartment is accessible, a partition should be installed to avoid accidental contact with
hot elements and electrical cables. The partition should be made of non-flammable material and
should be placed at a distance of least 50 mm and no more than 90 mm.
The walls and flammable accessories should be at least 300 mm from the hot parts of the
machine.
TURNING ON THE COOKER
Before turning on the cooker, remove all protective films.
Next, carefully clean the work surface and external parts with warm water and detergent, using
a damp cloth to completely remove any remains of the anti-oxidant applied in the factory. Then
dry with a clean cloth.
Before using the device for the first time. We recommend cleaning the device thoroughly,
according to these instructions:
Do not use spray-based or high-pressure cleaning devices directly on the equipment.
Clean once the device has cooled down.
Clean the surface again with a cloth and clean water to remove any remains of
detergent.
After using the device, clean all parts carefully. Cleaning the device regularly will ensure
it continues to work for a long time.
