Proceedment

Control Panel

The control panel is located on the rear side of the showcase.

Turn On

1. Close the door of the showcase.

2. Connect it to a power supply.

3.  Press the button          to turn on the light of the showcase.

Storing Food

To get the best results from your showcase, follow these instructions:

• On

ly store foodstuffs in the appliance when it has reached the correct operating temperature.

• Do not place unc

overed hot food inside the appliance. 

 Wrap or cover food where possible.

• Do not obst

ruct the fans inside the appliance.

 Avoid opening the doors for prolonged periods of time.

 Maintenance

• 

Switch off and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.

• Clean the in

terior of the appliance as often as possible.

• Do not use ab

rasive cleaning agents. These can leave harmful residues.

• Clean the door seal with 

water only.

 Always wipe dry after cleaning.

• Do not all

ow water used in cleaning to run through the drain hole into the evaporation pan.

 A qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.

Cleaning the cold unit

Periodically cleaning the condenser can extend the life of the appliance.

It is recommended that a qualified technician clean the condenser.
