6.2 The Filter Screen

Filter is a more complex filtering tool. Three filter types are available in DSL-2120: IP/MAC filter,

Application Filter, and URL Filter.

6.2.1 Assigning IP/MAC Filter

Each of the indices can hold six rules, and each interface can have four associated indices,

allowing 24 rules per interface. If all six rules in an index are Next rules, the data will be sent to

the next index for filtering.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
