Use this item to specify the CPU speed (at percentage) to slow down the CPU
when it reaches the predetermined overheat temperature.
Wake-Up by PCI Card (Enabled)
When this item is enabled, the system power will be turned on if there is any
PCI card activity.
Power On by Ring (Disabled)
If this item is enabled, it allows the system to resume from a software power
down or a power-saving mode whenever there is an incoming call to an in-
stalled fax/modem. You have to connect the fax/modem to the mainboard.
Wake Up On LAN (Disabled)
When set to Enabled, the system power will be turned on if the LAN port re-
ceives an incoming signal. You have to connect the fax/modem to the
mainboard Wake On LAN connector for this feature to work.
USB KB Wake-Up S3 (Disabled)
If you are using a USB keyboard, and the ACPI suspend type is s et to S3, you
can enable this item to allow a keystroke to wake up the system from power
saving mode.
Resume by Alarm (Disabled)
When set to Enabled, additional fields become available and you can set the
date (day of the month), hour, minute and second to turn on your system.
When set to 0 (zero) for the day of the month, the alarm will power on your
system every day at the specified time.

Global Timer (power management) events are I/O events whose occurrence
can prevent the system from entering a power saving mode or can awaken
the system from such a mode. In effect, the system remains alert for anything
that occurs to a device that is configured as Enabled, even when the system
is in a power-down mode.
Primary/Secondary IDE 1/0 (Disabled)
When these items are enabled, the system will restart the power-saving tim e-
out counters when any activity is detected on any of the drives or devices on
the primary or secondary IDE channels.
FDD, COM, LPT Port (Disabled)
When this item is enabled, the system will restart the power-saving timeout
counters when any activity is detected on the floppy disk drive, serial ports, or
the parallel port.
