5. Wash the measuring cup, the lid, seal ring 1 and the

blades manually or in the dishwasher, and then dry all of the

parts. All of these parts are suitable for washing in the

dishwater, although the temperature must not exceed 70 °C.

6. Wash the blades well with warm soapy water, and then

rinse thoroughly under the tap. Be careful when handling the

blades: they are very sharp and must not be touched.

Do not

immerse the blades in water.

Let them dry upside down (with

the blades facing downwards) and out of the reach of

children.

7. Clean the motor compartment with a damp cloth and dry

well. Remove any hard bits of food using a mild detergent. If
