Working with two connected cash registers (option)

Two cash registers can be operated when connected together. (For installation, refer to the Programming Instructions,
Section 50.)
Connected cash registers provided additional functions:

•

A track can be opened on cash register 1, registrations made and the track closed again.

The same track can then be opened on cash register 2 and registrations added.

•

The receipt for the track can be printed on cash register 1.

All the track functions are identical to those for an individual cash register which is not connected to another.

IRC report

Consolidated reports can only be printed in X.

X-mode 99

CASH

CASH

Terminal ID no. (On entering TT = 00 all the cash registers in a connection are called.)

NN Enter the report number to be called in.

Stock PLU, Stock Counter Adjustment, Linking PLU Stock

Addition of inventory stock

X-mode:

All the reports appear in the display.

Enter the combination

and press the

NS #

key.

Use the arrow keys to move to the “inventory” position in the display.

and press the

CASH

key to confirm the selection.

Confirm display of the the “PLU inventory” by pressing

CASH

again.

1. All PLUs are displayed; press the arrow keys to move to the one required.

2. Enter the stock to be added and confirm by pressing the

key.

Conclude programming by pressing
