WARRANTY
2.5
Machines are covered by warranty, as envisaged in the general conditions for sale. If any malfunctioning or failure of parts of the
machine takes place during the warranty period, lying within the range of cases specified in it, the Producer, having performed
all suitable checks, will repair or replace the defective parts.
In any case the spare parts in question have to be given back to the producer in advance, at the buyer's expenses. Any expenses
for disassembling and assembling the spare parts will be paid by the buyer; these parts are therefore supplied ex works at the
seller's facilities.
The right of warranty is invalid if the defects in question are due to improper behaviours and operations not complying with the
instructions reported in this manual, caused by the buyer, its employees, third parties or by improper use of the machine.
Please bear in mind that any modifications to safety devices and systems, and any operations different from ordinary and
extraordinary maintenance works, carried out without an explicit authorization by the producer in writing, invalidate the
warranty and free the producer from liabilities for any damage caused by a defective product.
The buyer is responsible for checking the proper functioning of the machine, in compliance with the machine specifications.
For all these reasons, we recommend our customers to always get in touch with our Customer Care Service.
For all components not produced by the Seller, the warranty conditions of the producers of those components apply. By
repairing or replacing any defective spare parts, the seller fulfils its obligations,
thus being held harmless from any claim for damages.
