Calibration procedures
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Fix power jumper position. (The Europe : 220-240 V~, The Americas : 110-120 V~)
3. Set the oscilloscope Channel.1 & 2 to 2 V/4.0 mS.
4. Connect the oscilloscope Channel 1 to IP_FB (TP3) on the main board.
5. Connect the oscilloscope Channel 2 to EP_FB (TP6) on the main board.
6. Connect the ground to TP13, TP14 (GND) on the main board.
7. Turn on the main switch and 40 kV 0.32 mAs will be displayed on the LCD.
8. Make x-ray exposure (40 kV/0.32 mAs/40 mA)
9. Channel 1 will show mA waveform. (mA = IP_FB = TP3 = VR5)
10. Channel.2 will show kV waveform. (kV = EP_FB = TP6 = VR3)
11. If Channel 2 (kV) does not display correct value of 2.0 V, turn VR3 on the main board.
(Clockwise : Increase, Anti-clockwise : Decrease)
12. In case mA (Channel 1), Overshoot peak value is more than 8.2 V in the 8 V standard,
decrease it to meet at 8.5 V by using VR5.
(Clockwise : Decrease, Anti-clockwise : Increase)
13. Check the voltage level on each kV step. Undershoot can be found at high kV ranges, for
example, 15 mS undershoot can be measured at 100 kV/5 mAs which is normal.
