REGISTRATION
The warranty registration form must be sent to ECOPED within 30 days of
purchase along with the UPC (Universal Product Code) label on the box. The
registration form can be found on the last page of the owner’s manual.
BOTH the registration form and UPC label must be submitted in order to
activate the Warranty coverage.
To register your ECOPED by mail, submit both UPC label and completed
registration form to the address listed on the form. You can also register
your ECOPED online at: www.ecoped.ca (UPC label must still be mailed to
the address listed on the registration form). Upon receipt of this registration,
and warranty will be sent to the purchaser. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL
BE ALLOWED UNLESS YOUR ELECTRIC BICYCLE IS REGISTERED WITH ECOPED
AND UPC LABEL IS PROVIDED.
WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS
ECOPED limited warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a
defect in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental
damage, normal wear and tear, abuse or improper handling. This warranty
does not cover any ELECTRIC BICYCLE that has been altered structurally,
than for which it was manufactured and intended. ECOPED does not cover
any damages which occur during trailer transit or as a result of unauthor-
ized service or the use of unauthorized parts including chemicals, fuels, and
lubricants.

Initial set-up of your ELECTRIC BICYCLE is very important in ensuring
trouble-free operation.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If your ELECTRIC BICYCLE requires warranty service, please contact the
centers listed on the web site: www.ecoped.ca. When requesting warranty
service you must have your copy of the Warranty Registration form and the
sales receipt for authorization.
Bike serial number is located under the seat, adjacent to the removable
battery! Do not remove sticker!
