The pLAN port is reserved for communication with the pump or heat pumps of the ecoGEO, ecoGEO HP and ecoAIR range.  The 
connection between the heat pump and the 

e-manager 

will be carried out as shown in the figure.

NOTE 

 

Before  any  configuration  make  sure  that  the  pLAN  connector  is  disconnected.  Failure  to  disconnect  the  pLAN  cable  prior  to 
configuration may result in installation malfunction and / or damage to the heat pump components. 

 

Disconnect the pLAN cable if you need to update the e-Manager or the heat pump software. 

 

In addition to the connection of these devices, the 

e-manager

 incorporates a BMS2 PORT that allows communication with external 

devices  as  a  slave  of  a  Modbus  network. This  port  is  free  and  its  connection is not necessary for the correct  functioning  of  the 
system. In case you want to connect an external device to your 

ecoSMART e-manager

, contact Ecoforest technical support before.
