Network Settings
To take the full benefit of VEO-SWC44 features, it is important to configure and
integrate the base unit network settings according to the needs of the application
required
. VEO-SWC44 includes two independent wired LAN and a WiFi network card.
The following sections can be accessed in Network Settings page:
6.1.1
Wireless Network
This section allows the user to
set the network working mode of VEO-SWC44
.
1.
Device name
: this parameter indicates current name assigned to VEO-SWC44
2.
Network mode
: this parameter tells the user which network working mode is
currently configured.
3.
WiFi Mac:
this parameter shows the MAC address assigned to the VEO-SWC44
network card.
4.
Start modifying
: Click to enter a network setup wizard is available to change
network working mode to properly integrate VEO-SWC44 into an existing wireless
infrastructure.
Any change to Network mode will need VEO-SWC44TH and VEO-SWC44TU
to be paired again with VEO-SWC44 base unit.
