If the Z2 HP transducer is active and there is no fault in the measuring circuit, only Z1 compressor stages are
unloaded for "High HP Z1". Z2 compressor stages are then only unloaded if tc-Z2 exceeds the threshold "tc
OFF Comp Z2” and enabled again when the threshold "tc ON Comp Z2” is undercut.
Speed reduction of FC compressor during booster / cascade regulation
If the Z2 HP transducer or cascade regulation is not active, the function operates on the Z1 and Z2 control
circuit. If the Z2 transducer and cascade regulation are active, the Z1 speed reduction refers to tc-Z1 and the
Z2 speed reduction to tc-Z2.
4.8.9.3 Reduction of the compressor speed in the event of high HP
If the compressor control is performed via combined control, the speed of the speed-controlled compressors is
reduced before the unloading of compressor capacity stages.
If the condensation temperature is less than or equal to the threshold: tcLimit = (tcOFF - tcON) / 2, the
maximum compressor speed is 100% (10 Volt).
If the temperature exceeds the threshold tcLimit, the maximum speed is reduced linearly until it is restricted to
the minimum speed FC nMin when reaching tcOFF:
tcON:
parameter ”tc ON Comp Z1” (menu 3-3) acts on both circuits if the HP-Z2 transducer is deactivated
(satellite operation)
Parameter ”tc ON Comp Z2” (menu 3-3) only acts on the Z2 circuit if the HP-Z2 transducer is activated
(booster operation)
tcOFF:
parameter ”tc OFF Comp Z1” (menu 3-3) acts on both circuits if the HP-Z2 transducer is deactivated
(satellite operation)
Parameter ”tc OFF Comp Z2” (menu 3-3) only acts on the Z2 circuit if the HP-Z2 transducer is activated
(booster operation)
Min:
Minimum speed FC, parameter “Min. speed” (menu 3-2-1-1)
Speed reduction is also active in heat recovery mode.
