Stop watch 00H00M00S to 99H59M59S from the heart 

rate data record function start.

CAL: 

Calculate  expended  calories  during  exercise  (0  to 

9999.99 Kcal) according to your personal data input.

 Calculate exercise time  while the heart rate is over the 

lower limit of a preset target zone.

Calories  expenditure  per  hour  at  current  intensity  of
