Connect the power cord
and toggle to power switch on.
Route the power cable
through the cable routing clips
legs, as shown above.
To lower the rail, press
down the foot pedal at the joint
and lower the rail gently to the
ground.
To lock into place, pull up on
this handle until you hear a
