SAFETY INSTRUcTIONS
Read carefully and save for future use!
• Always unplug from outlet immediately after use.
• Do not use this device in the bathtub while taking a bath – risk of electric shock.
• Do not keep the device in places from where it could fall to the ground or pulled into the bathtub
or waste.
• Do not touch the device if it falls into the water, unplug immediately from outlet.
• Do not use solvents, benzine or alcohol to clean the device.
• Do not leave the device in places where it could be exposed to direct sunlight or another heat
source, or excessive humidity.
• Use the device only for its intended purposes, stated in this operating manual.
• Do not use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use a device which has a damaged power cable or cord, does not function properly, fell on
the floor, was damaged or fell in the water.
• Do not insert any objects into vents.
• Do not take the device apart if it does not function properly. Take the device to an authorized
service centre.

INSTRUcTIONS FOR USING THE HAIR STRAIGHTENER
1. Plug the device into an outlet.
2. To turn on the device, press the power switch (ON/OFF) for about 1 second until information
appears on the LCD display.
3. Within 30–60 seconds, the ceramic plates will reach the initial temperature of 180°C. The
straightener is now ready to be used on normal hair, which the majority of people have.
4. Press and hold the CONTROL button and set the desired temperature. The ceramic plates will reach
the desired temperature within 1–2 minutes.
Note:
A lower temperature is recommended for people with bleached, brittle, damaged and fine
hair. To save time and effort, the maximum temperature, achieved on the highest setting, is
recommended for people with healthy, rough, strong, exotic and resistant hair.
