USING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Assembly
The vacuum cleaner must be switched off and unplugged prior to assembly!
•
Insert the hose (5) in the vacuum cleaner opening (11) so that the locks at
the end of the hose snap in the opening of the vacuum cleaner [Fig.
A
].
•
Connect the telescopic tube (3) to the hose handle (1).
•
If you want to set the length of the telescopic tube, press the lock (3A)
and adjust the length of the tube [Fig.
B
].
•
Insert on the other end of the tube (3) the combined brush (4) or other
accessories (21) suitable for the surface, which you want to vacuum.

Combined nozzle with a floor type switch
Using the switch (4A) set the nozzle to the desired floor type [Fig.
C
]:

: Position for hardwood cleaning
The vacuum cleaner is also equipped with the following accessories:
•
Narrow nozzle (21A): For cleaning in corners and crevices, for example radiators, baseboards, blinds,
awnings.
•
Upholstery nozzle (21B): For cleaning sofas, armchairs, upholstered chairs and curtains.
•
Nozzle with dust brush (21C): Cleaning of small objects, audio visual equipment, computers and furniture.
•
Hardwood floor brush (21D): Special brush to clean hardwood floors.
•
Turbo brush (21E): For deep cleaning of carpets and easier hair and fur hair removal from carpets.
Note:
you can attach the accessories to the telescopic tube (3) or directly to hose handle (1).
Vacuuming
1. Pulling out the cable: The power cord has at the end a yellow and red marks. Grasp the plug and pull the
cable out up to the yellow mark.
Never pull the cable past the red mark,
you could cause damage! If you
want to rewind the cord, press the retractor button (15), the cord rewinds into the vacuum cleaner.
2. Starting the vacuum cleaner: Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet whose parameters
correspond to the nameplate of the vacuum, and then press the power button (8) to start
the vacuum cleaner running. You can regulate the power using the control (7).
3. After vacuuming: Press the power button (8) to switch off the vacuum cleaner and
disconnect the power cord (14) from the outlet. Press the retractor button (15) to rewind
the cord into the vacuum cleaner. During the power cord retraction hold the plug, so that it
does not get damaged [Fig.
D
].
Power control
Minimum:
curtains, thin and fine fabrics.
Medium:
cleaning standard surfaces, sofas, armchairs, upholstered chairs, carpets.
Maximum:
vacuuming hard floors.
•
Note:
You can adjust the suction power also by using the manual airflow regulator (2)
located on the hose handle (1) [Fig.
E
]. Opening the regulator lowers the suction power.
Issues
Do not use an appliance showing any signs of damage. Damaged power cords must be replaced by a qualified
authorized service centre. Only this way can you prevent safety risks.
See the troubleshooting guide if your vacuum cleaner does not operate correctly. Refer to an authorized
service centre if you are not able to resolve an issue yourself.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a thermal
motor fuse, which is activated in case of overheating
(caused by blockage of the suction opening, filters,
etc.). In this case, turn off the appliance by pressing the power button and let it cool for a few hours. Before you
use it again make sure that the filters or the suction opening are not clogged.
