Replacement dust bags and fi lters
The dust bag and the motor fi lter are very important for optimum effi
ciency of the vacuum cleaner. The purpose
of the dust bag is to capture dirt, but in the same time it has to be suffi
ciently porous to let air through. If the
dust bag or the fi lter is clogged, which is indicated by the full bag indicator

, the air cannot fl ow through
the vacuum cleaner and it becomes ineff ective, regardless of how much power the motor has. In order for the
vacuum cleaner to work with maximum eff ectiveness, replace the dust bag regularly and clean the motor fi lter
when necessary. Some fi ne particles can very quickly reduce the air fl ow and reduce the suction power already
before the dust bag seems full. Therefore when vacuuming the residue of carpet cleaner, powder, dust from
plaster and similar fi ne materials you should replace the dust bag more often.
CHANGING DUST BAG

Before opening the cover, the vacuum cleaner has to be unplugged and the hose has to be
disconnected from the vacuum cleaner!

Never use the vacuum cleaner without the inserted dust bag and fi lter!
1. After unplugging it and disconnecting the hose, you open the cover of the dust bag by pressing the lock
upward and opening the cover.
2. Take the holder of the dust bag by its handle and remove it together with the dust bag from the vacuum
cleaner.

3. Remove bag from its holder.
4. To insert a new dust bag in the holder: Unfold the bag
carefully and insert the cardboard collar of the bag into
the rail on the holder. Insert the collar fully.
5. Return the holder with the bag in the dust bag space,
taking care that the holder is properly inserted in the
guides in front of the dust bag space.
6. Close the dust bag cover and secure it by a gentle push.
Motor fi lter cleaning

The vacuum cleaner must be turned off and disconnected from
power!
•
Never use the vacuum cleaner without the inserted dust bag and
fi lter!
1. After unplugging, open the cover of the dust bag by pressing the lock
upward and opening the cover.
2. Remove the motor fi lter and if it is very dirty, rinse it with warm water.
3. Before you insert the fi lter back in the vacuum cleaner let dry thoroughly.
