Pineapple, coconut and mango
• 1 mango, pieces
• 1 banana, cut
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 50 ml milk
• 100 g pineapple, pieces
• Handful of ice
1. Peel and cut to pieces mango, pineapple and banana. Put everything into the sports bottle.
2. Add coconut milk, milk and handful of ice.
3. Attach the blade unit and make sure that it is well secured. Turn the bottle upside down and attach to the
base of the blender.
4. Press the control button and blend until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
Blueberries and strawberries
• 8 strawberries
• 50 g blueberries
• Juice from ½ lime
• 100 ml apple juice
• Handful of ice
1. Remove the stems from strawberries and cut them in half.
2. Put blueberries, strawberries, lime juice and apple juice in the sports bottle.
3. Add handful of ice.
4. Attach the blade unit and make sure that it is well secured. Turn the bottle upside down and attach to the
base of the blender.
5. Press the control button and blend until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
Tropical orange
• 2 oranges
• 100 g pineapple, pieces
• 100 ml apple juice
• Handful of ice
1. Peel the oranges and the pineapple and cut them into pieces. Put everything into the sports bottle.
2. Add apple juice and a handful of ice.
3. Attach the blade unit and make sure that it is well secured. Turn the bottle upside down and attach to the
base of the blender.
4. Press the control button and blend until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
Pineapple and passion fruit
• 100 g pineapple
• 50 ml pineapple juice
• 2 passion fruit
• Handful of ice
1. Peel pineapple and cut into pieces. Put into the sports bottle.
2. Cut 2 passion fruit in half and remove the cores. Add into the sports bottle.
3. Add pineapple juice and a handful of ice.
4. Attach the blade unit and make sure that it is well secured. Turn the bottle upside down and attach to the
base of the blender.
5. Press the control button and blend until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
