SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read carefully and save for future use!

Warning:

 The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and 

situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be 
integrated into any product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this 
appliance. We are not liable for damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage fl uctuation or the 
modifi cation or adjustment of any part of the appliance.

To protect against a  risk of fi re or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical 
appliances, including the following:

1.  Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that 

the socket is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed according to valid safety instructions.

2.  Do not operate the appliance if the power cord is damaged. 

All repairs including cord replacements 

shall be performed by a  professional service centre! Do not remove protective covers of the 
appliance, risk of electric shock!

3.  Protect the appliance against contact with water and other liquids to prevent risk of electric shock.
4.  The appliance is designed for domestic use only! Do not use the appliance outside or in a  damp 

environment or in areas where gas may leak or where contact may occur with explosive gasses. Do not 
touch the cord or device with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.

5.  Pay close attention if you use it when children are present!
6.  Place the appliance 

in vertical position

 away from other objects (

minimum 50 cm

) so that you ensure 

free circulation of air necessary for proper operation. Do not place any objects on the appliance. Never 
cover the openings of the appliance!

7.  Do not use the appliance with timers, remote control systems and similar devices. There is a risk of fi re in 

case it is covered or improperly placed.

8.  Do not use the appliance in hot places (direct sunlight, close to stove, heater, etc.).
9.  Do not place the appliance on soft surfaces, like a bed or a sofa, etc. It must be placed on a stable and level 

surface. 

10.  Do not use the device without an air fi lter or without a front screen! Be careful when removing the air fi lter 

to prevent an injury.

11.  Do not direct the fl ow of air on pets and fl owers. Do not spray insecticides or fl ammable sprays on the 

device. Do not direct the airfl ow at stoves, ovens, etc. Protect your skin and eyes from long-term eff ects 
of cold air.

12.  If the device emits an unusual smell or smoke, switch it off  immediately and call service.
13.  Do not turn the appliance on or off  by plugging or unplugging the power cord. Turn it off  always using the 

main switch fi rst then you can unplug the power supply cable from the socket.!

14.  Disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from 

the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.

15.  Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.
16.  Do not insert fi ngers or other objects into the openings of the appliance.
17.  Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual. The manufacturer is not liable 

for damages caused by the improper use of this appliance.

18.  This appliance can be used by children ages 8 and older and by the physically and mentally impaired or 

by individuals with insuffi

  cient experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance in 

a safe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and 
maintenance operations performed by the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision.

Do not immerse in water!
